GosHackathon 2025

WADSIH is proud to be a support GoSHackathon 2025 — the Great Southern Hackathon, WA’s premier youth tech innovation event led by the community, for the community.

Now in its second decade, GoSH has built an outstanding reputation across regional Western Australia by combining inspirational tech showcases with a purpose‑driven hackathon. Since 2023, workshops and challenges are aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, guided by mentor support and judged on creativity, collaboration, and real-world impact. Our Director, Alex Jenkins will also be speaking and support these upcoming events.

📅 Dates & Locations:

• Day 1 – GoSHowcase: Friday, 22 August 2025: Interactive panel talks, hands-on demos & student projects at the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre.
• Day 2 – Hackathon (Primary & Secondary): Saturday, 23 August 2025: Teams of 2–5 students, challenge-based innovation at Mandurah Baptist College – STEAM Centre (9:30 AM – 3:00 PM)  .

Discover how students are tackling regional challenges through technology. Engage with live demonstrations & future-pathway conversations. Cheer on competitors, meet volunteer mentors, and explore STEM careers supported by WADSIH and Curtin University.
