Potential Focus Questions

This is a complex Challenge and you may find it useful to consider the following questions when building out your prototype:

  • How could we better design digital systems to improve a patient’s journey?
  • How could we better design digital systems to help clinicians and nurses understand patients needs better?
  • How can we improve the methods we use to capture feedback from patients?

Critical Concepts

Emergency Departments and Hospitals are incredibly complex organisations. You may want to talk to your Challenge Mentors about the following ideas as you developing you prototype:

  • Patient persona mapping.
  • Current digital systems map.
  • Digital system roadmap and plans.
