WADSIH Hardware Hackathon

Join WADSIH for Hardware Hack, a free, four-week challenge where participants will work in teams to build AI-powered robots, devices and other innovations with real-world impact.
Choose from two challenge areas—assistive technology or mine-site safety—and collaborate with people from different backgrounds to turn an idea into a working prototype. Participants will receive a free hardware kit, with industry judges and prizes adding to the challenge.
No previous hardware experience is required, and there is no locked-in weekend. The program runs part-time from 25 August to 15 September, beginning with an in-person launch event at Innovation Central Perth.
Registrations close Sunday 23 August.
