Pharmacy WA Forum 2026

WADSIH Director Alex Jenkins will present at the Pharmacy WA Forum 2026, taking place at Crown Perth on 6–7 August.

The forum will bring together pharmacy owners, pharmacists, industry leaders and other professionals to explore the changes shaping the future of community pharmacy.

This year’s program will cover technology, artificial intelligence and digital health, alongside full-scope practice, quality and safety requirements, leadership and business performance.

In his session, AI in Practice: Turning Opportunity into Impact, Alex will draw on his experience leading AI capability-building initiatives to provide a clear and accessible overview of the opportunities, challenges and policy considerations surrounding AI adoption.

The presentation will explore how pharmacy professionals and organisations can move beyond the potential of AI and begin applying it in practical, responsible and meaningful ways.
