Australian National Phenome Centre

By analysing chemicals within the body, researchers at the Australian National Phenome Centre (ANPC) hope to uncover the complex interactions of genetic, lifestyle and environmental factors which contribute to a person’s health and disease risk. The only one of its kind in the southern hemisphere, the ANPC brings together all five Western Australian universities and leading health and medical research institutes. The centre anticipates its critical research will position Perth and WA as a global leader in precision medicine, and enable quantum leaps in predicting disease.
